Ducks need help, being killed in Swansoro, NC

Previous request made to write and help to stop the town of Swansboro NC that wanted to kill all the domestic ducks. 
 
Well they started today.  Toni got a call because because there were ducks in the park that looked sick.  She got there and say the poor MUSCOVY ducks, laying on the backs having seizures.  They went around the town and POISONED ALL the ducks.  They are still doing it right now and probably tomorrow too.  Toni tried to get in to save the ducks and the police escorted her away from the scene.  People had to watch the ducks die an agonized tortuous death.  They were flip flopping all over the place. the poison they used is torture!!!!! 

FOR GOD SAKES THEY COULD HAVE HUMANELY EUTHANIZED THEM!!
 
They refused any offerings to relocate the ducks.  They were dead set on killing them!! Please call if you can right now.  I am sick from this and cant stop crying.  Please help!
